whenever I try to login on Chrome for Android, it says logged in, but as soon as I change the page I am logged out again...works fine on Internetexplorer on PC...

I made a change in cookies' domain, perhaps its ok now.
If not, try to go on the HTTP and not HTTPS domain, let me know if it resolves the problem.

Checked again....it doesn't work, neither on Chrome for Windows nor Chrome for Android. On MS Edge Login worked immediately...

I don't really know. I changed some other parameters.
The auth. is based here on PHPBB3 auth, so I can see some others are talking about it. Mostly some cookies problem.

I could reproduce the problem just one time, when opening the website with the same device and multiple browser at the same time.

Having the same issue. Rather frustrating.

ok, its just a cookies issue. if you are using chrome :
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
and tick cookies.

Thanks - that worked on Chome. To clear cookies in Maxthon had to press F12 and click on Resources -> Cookies

SOme other people seems to have problems signing to their account. Any additionnal insight of your own experience those very days are welcome.

not working on chrome again and this time resetting cookies isn't working. has another change been made. it's really frustrating!

I did have a problem logging in at the 18th.
Clearing my cookies (and a lot more), as adviced by lifeinplymouth, solved the problem.
I use ccleaner for that.

At the moment, I can login, no problem. I use google chrome on windows 7 pro.
But... it seems, it doesn't remember anymore the last unread message at the forum...
Which is pity but not a real problem.

I put back some settings now.

No, I don't know why. You can try "Mark forums read", but I'm not even sure how "read topics" works in this system.

I've been unable to log in too using Firefox (Windows) but resolved it by deleting all saved "deviatenow" cookies from Firefox via "Options->Privacy->View Cookies".

Was getting frustrated until I saw this thread. Maybe it should be stickied or at least renamed to something like "Problems logging into the site?"

I use Firefox, and had the same problem as Banjo. Clearing the cookies worked for me too
